Rep. Kathy Watson congratulated Rob Megowen and Michael DeVito of Boy Scout Troop 137 for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. To acknowledge their leadership, hard work and dedication, Watson presented each scout with citations from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives at the Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Saturday at St. Joseph Church in Warrington.

The Lacey Gallagher Family of Philadelphia joined Rep. Kathy Watson when Gov. Tom Corbett signed House Bill 9 into law on Oct. 25 at Harrisburg High School. This new law is being named after Lacey and her family’s ongoing fight to update teen driving laws in Pennsylvania.
